I offer corporate yoga and movement classes that help reduce stress, improve focus, and build functional movement habits that support everyday life, both at the desk and beyond.

You can book 45 to 60 minute sessions tailored to your workplace, whether you're after:
• A weekly lunchtime yoga class to ease tension and boost energy
• A balance and mobility session to support posture, coordination, and long-term musculoskeletal health
• A longer one-off wellness event such as a half-day workshop or full-day retreat, designed specifically for your team’s needs

Yoga for the Workplace

These sessions are designed to release tension, improve mobility, and support mental clarity. Each class combines breathwork, mindful movement, and gentle strength-building to help counteract the effects of long hours sitting or standing. Expect sequences that open the hips, shoulders, and spine, boost energy and focus, and end with a short, grounding rest.
All sessions are adaptable and inclusive. No previous yoga experience is required.

Balance and Play for the Workplace

These sessions are designed to counteract the physical effects of prolonged sitting, common in many office environments. Using practical, low-impact movements, Balance and Play supports overall physical health by improving balance, coordination, and mobility.

By challenging stability and promoting mobility, they help counteract the effects of sedentary work, easing poor posture and muscle stiffness while also stimulating the brain to enhance focus and mental clarity.

Balance and Play can also be tailored to include team-building elements, creating a shared sense of energy, connection, and support. All equipment is supplied. You just need a space to move.
