Rhythms of Nature

A Coastal Retreat for Women to Move, Rest and Explore

Vincentia, Jervis Bay

September 8th - 13th , 2026

THIS RETREAT IS YOUR INVITATION TO STEP AWAY FROM ALL THE NOISE.

Somewhere along the way your time became the most flexible thing in your life.

You keep showing up for work, family, friends, and all the responsibilities that come with being someone capable and reliable. You hold a lot together, often without anyone really seeing how much you carry.

From the outside it might look like you’re doing just fine. But underneath that, there’s a quiet knowing that you miss having space that is truly yours. Space to move your body, breathe deeply, spend time in nature, and reconnect with yourself.

This retreat is an invitation to step out of the constant doing for a few days, and come back to yourself.

STEP IN TO A COMPLETELY DIFFERENT RHYTHM

This week-long retreat is your chance to immerse yourself in nature, to slow down, and to move alongside a different rhythm, one that feels grounded, spacious, and deeply supportive.

For six days, you get to step out of the busyness of everyday life and into something else entirely.

A rhythm where your days aren’t dictated by family schedules, to-do lists, or what needs to be done next, but instead by how you feel, what you need, and what’s happening around you.

It’s an opportunity to experience what becomes possible when you give yourself that space. To move your body, to rest deeply, to spend time in nature, and to reconnect with yourself in a way that often gets pushed aside in day-to-day life.

You get to simply arrive, be supported, and let yourself settle into it.

SIX DAYS TO STEP OUT OF THE NOISE AND INTO TO SOMETHING DIFFERENT.

Rhythms of Nature is an intimate six-day retreat designed to bring women together through shared experiences, movement, and adventure. Nestled on the breathtaking South Coast of New South Wales, this retreat offers the space to reconnect with yourself, with nature, and with a supportive community of like-minded women.

Through curated experiences, nourishing meals, and yoga that strengthens and restores, you’ll find a deep sense of both adventure and balance. This is your opportunity to:

  • Swim with whales, seals and dolphins

  • Marvel at the night sky and let it ignite your sense of wonder

  • Dedicate time to move your body mindfully

  • Experience deep relaxation; and

  • Share in meaningful moments with a supportive group of women

Whether you’re an experienced yogi, an outdoor enthusiast, or stepping into something new, this retreat is designed for all women. There’s no need to be fearless, just open to the experience. Here, you can let go of expectations, be present, and create lasting memories in the company of women who inspire and uplift.

Meet your guide

A WEEK THAT IS MORE THAN YOGA, MORE THAN MOVEMENT

Hi, I’m Morgan.

I’m a yoga and movement teacher, and my work is centred around helping women feel strong, capable, and connected, both on and off the mat. My approach isn’t about doing things perfectly, it’s about meeting you where you are and giving you options so you can move in a way that actually supports your body.

I’m also a mother of two, a partner, and a registered nurse. I love being out in the world, exploring, moving, and experiencing what’s out there. I also know how easy it is for that part of you to get pushed aside.

That’s a big part of why this retreat exists.

It’s not just about the yoga or the experiences, it’s about how it’s all brought together. The balance of movement and deep rest, the space to step outside your comfort zone without pressure, and the ability to take part in a way that feels right for you.

You don’t need to be flexible or experienced. You just need a body and a willingness to show up.

My role is to guide you, support you, and create a space where you can explore what you’re capable of, while also having permission to slow down and be taken care of.

I’ll be hosting a relaxed online information session on Thursday 7th May in the evening, if you’d like to come along and learn a little more about the retreat.

I’ll be sharing what the retreat looks like, who it’s for, how the days unfold, and giving you a chance to get a feel for whether it’s the right fit for you.

You’re very welcome to come along live, and if you can’t make it, I’ll send through the replay afterwards.

If you have any questions you’d like me to cover, you can also submit them ahead of time below.

If it’s been sitting in the back of your mind, this is a really nice way to explore it a little further.

A RETREAT FOR WOMEN TO EXPLORE NATURE AND TO SHARE IN MEANINGFUL EXPERIENCES WITH OTHER WOMEN.

There’s something powerful about trying something new. Floating in the vast ocean, gazing up at a sky full of stars, or moving your body in a way that feels both strong and free.

Every experience on this retreat is designed to meet you where you are, with guidance and support along the way.

And you won’t be doing it alone.

You’ll be stepping into these moments alongside a small group of like-minded women, each choosing to take this time for themselves. Women who are also ready to step away from the usual, to try something different, and to reconnect in a way that often gets pushed aside in everyday life.

If you’re worried about coming alone, don’t be.

Many women do. And it often becomes one of the most meaningful parts of the experience. The conversations, the shared moments, the laughter, it all unfolds naturally when you’re in a space where you’re supported and don’t have to hold it all on your own.

This is a place where you can step outside your comfort zone without pressure. Where you’re encouraged, supported, and given the space to show up exactly as you are.

THE BEST EXPERIENCES ARE THOSE WE SHARE.

EXPERIENCE THE UPLIFT OF ENERGY AND CONNECTION THAT NATURE INSPIRES.

Nature has a way of stripping back the noise, inviting you to soften, to breathe, and to simply be. As you sink into the rhythm of the ocean, the night sky, and the movement of your own body, you’ll rediscover a sense of ease that so often gets lost in the busyness of life.

This retreat isn’t just about what you’ll do, it’s about how you’ll feel. The uplift in energy that comes with stepping out of your comfort zone, the quiet contentment of deep rest, and the warmth of genuine connection with like-minded women. Moving your body, not for exercise but for joy, lifts your mood, and reminds you of the simple freedom of being present.

By the end of this retreat, you’ll carry home more than memories, you’ll take with you a renewed sense of self, a deep appreciation for the beauty around you, and the lasting impact of a community that supports and uplifts.

BALANCE & PLAY WORKSHOP – REDISCOVER THE JOY OF MOVEMENT

A morning of exploration, where movement becomes play. This workshop invites you to train balance, mobility, strength, and coordination in a way that feels fun and freeing, rather than just another workout.

Through guided movement challenges, you’ll explore new ways of moving, build confidence in your body, and reconnect with the joy of play. Whether you’re rolling, balancing, or shifting through space, you’ll be strengthening and refining your movement without even realizing it.

Come curious, finish feeling energized, capable, and more connected to your body.

YOGA WORKSHOP – ADAPT, EXPLORE, AND EMBODY YOUR PRACTICE

Yoga has the incredible ability to meet you exactly where you are. This workshop is an opportunity to deepen your practice, refine your understanding of key poses, and explore adaptations that truly support your body and mind.

Whether you’re looking to gain confidence in specific postures, discover modifications that work for you, or simply reconnect with your practice in a new way, this session will provide the space to move, learn, and explore with intention.

At the end of this session you’ll feel more empowered, knowledgeable, and in tune with your body’s needs.

MORNING VINYASA – BREATHE, FLOW, AND ARRIVE

Each morning begins with a guided meditation, allowing you to land fully in the present moment. From there, we’ll move through a breath-centered Vinyasa practice, flowing mindfully to build strength, mobility, and a deep connection between breath and movement.

This practice is not about pushing harder but about moving with awareness, finding steadiness, ease, and flow as you transition through each posture. A grounding and intentional way to start the day, leaving you feeling centered, open, and connected.

EVENING YOGA – UNWIND, RESTORE, AND RESET

Each evening, after dinner, you’ll be guided through a gentle, grounding yoga practice, alternating between Yin and Restorative yoga. These deeply nourishing sessions are designed to soothe the nervous system, release tension, and prepare your body and mind for deep, restful sleep.

Yin yoga invites you to slow down, holding poses for longer to gently target deep connective tissues, improve flexibility, and encourage stillness. Restorative yoga uses props to fully support the body, allowing for complete relaxation and nervous system reset.

This is your time to unwind, breathe, and let go, so you can wake up feeling refreshed and revitalized each morning.

SOUND BATH – VIBRATE, RELEASE, AND SURRENDER

Experience the deeply restorative power of sound as the vibrations of crystal singing bowls wash over you, guiding you into profound relaxation and release.

Each evening, as part of your restorative practice, the soothing resonance of sound will help quiet the mind, regulate the nervous system, and invite a sense of deep surrender. Let the frequencies support you in letting go, melting away tension, restoring balance, and preparing you for restful sleep.

HOLDING SPACE FOR WOMEN – REJUVENATE, REFLECT, AND RECONNECT

In a world that often pulls us in every direction, it’s essential to have a space where you can simply be, a space to rest, reflect, and reconnect with yourself.

This retreat is that space. A supportive, nurturing environment where you are seen, heard, and valued. A place to step away from daily demands and immerse yourself in experiences that honor and empower you as a woman.

PRANAYAMA – CONNECT WITH YOUR BREATH, CALM YOUR MIND

Discover the transformative power of your breath and how it can deepen your connection to self. Through daily guided breathing techniques, you’ll learn how to calm the mind, downregulate your nervous system, and cultivate a lasting sense of inner peace.

The practice of pranayama goes beyond the mat its benefits extend into daily life, helping you manage stress, enhance mental clarity, and foster a deep sense of balance and tranquility that stays with you long after the retreat ends.

SELF MASSAGE – CONNECT WITH YOUR BODY, RELEASE TENSION

Embrace the power of touch and connect with yourself in a nurturing, healing way. Self-massage is a simple yet profound practice that helps release tension, improve circulation, and foster deep relaxation.

Incorporating this into your daily routine will not only enhance your physical well-being, but also cultivate greater body awareness, self-compassion, and a sense of inner peace that supports your overall wellness journey.

COMMUNITY – STRENGTH IN CONNECTION, EMPOWERED TOGETHER

Embrace the transformative power of community and forge deep connections with like-minded women. As you share in this experience, allow the collective energy and shared wisdom to inspire, uplift, and support you.

Nurture your sense of self in an environment where you can express freely, receive encouragement, and build lasting friendships. Together, we will create a profound sense of belonging and empowerment, reminding you of the strength found in connection.

PLEASE NOTE:

With nature-based experiences, the weather can sometimes bring unexpected changes. While I can’t guarantee perfect conditions, I’ll do my best to adjust the schedule so we can make the most of our time together. If any activities need to be rescheduled, I’ll work to fit them in.

In the rare event that an activity cannot go ahead due to weather, a refund will be issued for that activity alone.

No matter what, this retreat will be an incredible experience, and I can’t wait to share it with you.
