Monthly Restorative and Yin Yoga
accompanied by Crystal Sound Bath
Holding space for women to let go
IN A WORLD THAT IS CONSTANTLY MORE, I INVITE YOU TO INTENTIONALLY DO LESS.
Life asks a lot of us. Work, family, relationships, constant input, constant doing. Even the things we love can leave us feeling stretched, overstimulated, and tired in a way that sleep alone doesn’t fix.
This monthly practice is an invitation to pause.
Not to escape your life, but to step out of the noise for a couple of hours and reconnect with yourself in a grounded, supported way.
Each session is a slow, nourishing blend of pranayama (breathwork), yin and restorative yoga, and extended rest, all accompanied by crystal sound bowls.
The practice is intentionally unhurried. We move slowly, spend most of the time close to the ground, and use plenty of props so your body feels supported rather than worked.
You’ll be guided to breathe, soften, and settle, allowing your nervous system to downshift and your body to release held tension.
If you’ve been craving stillness but don’t quite know how to get there, this space is for you.
Each class weaves together
• gentle, accessible breathwork
• long-held, supported floor-based postures
• periods of complete rest
• a crystal sound bath to deepen relaxation
The practice blends yin yoga to gently open the body with restorative postures that allow everything to settle and integrate, helping you leave feeling steadier and more grounded than when you arrived.
These monthly classes are especially supportive if you’re feeling
• mentally busy or overstimulated
• physically tired or run down
• disconnected from your body
• like you need rest, but also gentle guidance to get there
You don’t need any prior yoga experience. You don’t need to be flexible. You don’t need to know how to “relax properly”.
You just need to arrive.
This is a women’s-only offering, designed to be inclusive, calm and non-performative. Options and adaptations are always offered, and you’re encouraged to listen to your body and take what you need from the practice.
Come as you are. Rest as you need.
EMBRACE THE QUIET MOMENTS, AND LET THEM NOURISH YOUR SOUL.

FAQ
What makes your yoga classes different?
My classes embody more than yoga, more than movement. They consist of breathwork, aromatherapy, self massage, vinyasa, crystal sound baths and savasana. They are structured in a way that takes you through a journey, connecting your mind with yourself, your breath, your body, your movement, and allow the space for you to release and let go.
What level of experience do I need to participate?
No experience is necessary. These classes are open to all and will have levels of difficulty accessible to all. I strongly encourage you to practice within your scope on the day. Our bodies and their capacities change hour to hour, week to week so please connect with your body and practice in a way that feels good to you in that moment. I love the saying ‘Leave the ego at the door’.
What do I need to bring?
Supportive props will be provided. All you need to bring is yourself, a mat and a water bottle. Please remember to wear clothes you’re comfortable moving in.
What happens if I miss a class?
There are no refunds for booked classes. In some instances if you know ahead of time that you won’t be able to make it you may be able to attend one of the other classes. This is subject to availability.
I’m experiencing financial hardship. Are there any concessions?
These classes are designed to be affordable and accessible. If you’re experiencing financial hardship please reach out and we can work out a way for you to access the classes and connect with our community.
