FAQ
What makes Slow Sundays different?
Slow Sundays offers more than a yoga class. It’s a complete experience of rest and renewal. Each session combines gentle Yin and Restorative yoga, calming pranayama (breath work), deeply restful Yoga Nidra, and the soothing sounds of crystal singing bowls and chimes. It’s designed to support your nervous system, helping you slow down, soften, and find stillness in the middle of a busy season.
What level of experience do I need to participate?
No experience is necessary. These sessions are accessible to everyone, regardless of age, flexibility, or experience with yoga or meditation. You’ll be guided gently through each practice and encouraged to move and rest in ways that feel supportive to your body on the day.
What do I need to bring?
Please bring a yoga mat, water bottle, and a few things to help you get comfortable, such as cushions and blankets from home. Some props will be supplied, so just bring what you have and we will workshop it from there. You don’t need to buy anything special, what you already have will be more than enough.
What happens if I miss a class?
There are no refunds for booked sessions. However, if you know in advance that you’ll be unable to attend, you may be able to transfer to another session in the series (subject to availability).
I’m experiencing financial hardship. Are there any concessions?
This series has been priced to remain accessible for the community. If you’re experiencing financial hardship, please reach out and I’ll do my best to find a way for you to join and benefit from the practice.
