Please join me for a 45 minute Balance and Play Class from 5:30-6:15pm on Monday Evenings evenings at 112 Bingley Way, Wamboin NSW 2620
Class will start on time so please arrive 5 to 10 minutes early to allow enough time to set yourself up for the class.
Props will be provided all you need to bring is yourself, a mat and a water bottle.
